A live performance is something that can turn a normal event into an unforgettable event, but only if there is a valuable artist – or group – performing!
The Nino Rota Ensemble is Classical Music Italian live artists group, all made by women: Rosa Sorice provides her wonderful voice, Angela Benelli is the amazing violin, Federica Torbidoni is a fantastic flute and Deborah Vico is the perfect piano.
Long-life performers, the all play together since the Nineties: their experience in the Ensemble quartet brought them almost in the whole world: in Europe, like in the concerts in Sweden, Portugal, France, Germany, Greece, Croatia and Cyprus, but also beyond these borders, reaching Morocco, Nigeria, Lebanon, Indonesia and Kazakistan. This is the proof that Classical music is something really alive and vibrant, esteemed all over the world, no matter culture, place, religion.

Even if the Nino Rota’s vocation is strictly linked to the Cinema world and to the one of Soundtracks, the education of the wonderful four women of the Ensemble saw the collaboration with eminent Maestros: even the instruments are very connected to the Classical music world, since including violin, transverse flute and piano.
The Program “Greatest Classics” is a selection of Masterpieces, including renowned pieces by Bach, Beethoven, Bizet, Gluck, Vivaldi, Offenbach, Borodin, Mascagni, Liszt and many illustrious others. It is a very successful program, which collected esteem not only in Italy during concerts of the Nino Rota Ensemble. That is also a proof that a Masterpiece does not necessarily require a complete and entire orchestra to be appreciated: a few (well-played) classical instruments are enough to recreate the wonderful atmosphere the composer conceived.
